A dedicated SHARE session will be held at the 2010 ECEE held from 30th August – 3rd September, 2010. The session is called 'Seismic Input Engineering Needs for the Next Generation of Seismic Codes' and the results and work presented in the session may influence the development of the homogeneous hazard model for Europe that is the scope of SHARE, hereby assisting in the improved and harmonised definition of the Nationally Determined Parameters within the National Annexes and furthermore, making recommendations for future revisions of Eurocode 8.

We encourage all that participate in the conference to join and contribute to the session.

SHARE participants convene three sessions at the32nd General Assembly of the European Seismological Commission (ESC) on all aspects of PSHA. The Assembly will take place in Montpellier, France, from 6-10 September 2010.
